On January 19, 1974, The CCP overrun the Paracel Islands of Vietnam; in 1988 occupied the Spratly Islands. These brazen acts are to expand the territorial waters, control the marine traffics along the Pacific-Indian Ocean.

Xi Jinping especially building military bases on and around Paracel – Spratly Islands of the Republic of Vietnam.

He also dared to nuclearizing of the East Sea by building nuclear plants on the said islands as well as threatened to use nuclear weapons in case of being expulsed out of the East Sea.

We solemnly call on President Donald Trump to condemn Xi Jinping via the Magnitsky Act his for brazen violence, and threats to use nuclear weapons, military action in Syria to jeopardize the peace and security in the Pacific-Indian Ocean region and the world as well.

The Chinese Communists (CCP) expeditionary forces invaded Vietnam during the Viet-Sino border wars from 1945-2018. Previously, on January 19, 1974, they overrun the Paracel Islands of Vietnam; in 1988 occupied the Spratly Islands. These brazen acts are to expand the territorial waters, control the marine traffics along the Pacific-Indian Ocean with annual revenues of more than 4 trillion dollars in Asia.

Xi Jinping, who took office in 2012, has aggressively boosted the invasion of the entire world, aims to reach the goal of production in China in 2025. Especially building military bases on and around Paracel – Spratly Islands of the Republic of Vietnam. He also dared to nuclearizing of the East Sea by building nuclear plants on the said islands as well as threatened to use nuclear weapons in case of being expulsed out of the East Sea.
