Lợi dụng đại dịch CCP virus đang hoành hành khắp nơi, nhà cầm quyền trung cộng xử dụng đại dịch này trong mưu đồ bành trướng thế lực cũng như đánh lạc hướng dư luận không tập trung vào nước của họ về vấn đề chống đại dịch. Hơn nữa đại dịch này có nguy cơ bùng nổ trở lại ở tỉnh Hắc Long Giang sau khi Liên bang Nga đã trục xuất hơn 1 triệu 500 ngàn người Tàu về nước, trong những người đó có rất nhiều đã bị nhiễm trùng.

Trong khuynh hướng này, họ đã bổ quân bao vây đảo quốc Đài Loan từ ba hướng qua việc tập trận trá hình trên biển.

Trung cộng còn dự tính thử bom nguyên tử dưới lòng đất trong vùng nội mông.

Ngày thứ ba 14-04-2020, hàng loạt chiến hạm, tàu dân quân ngư phủ, cũng như tàu nghiên cứu hải dương 08 đã xâm nhập sâu vào 158 cây số trong vùng đặc quyền kinh tế của Việt-Nam (EEZ - exclusive economic zone).

Tàu nghiên cứu hải dương 8 (The Haiyang Dizhi 8) xâm nhập vùng đặc quyền kinh tế Việt Nam ngày 14-04-20, hình: Weibo. 

Đây là một sự xâm lăng trắng trợn vi phạm lãnh hải Việt Nam của Trung cộng.

Nhà cầm quyền cộng sản Việt Nam hãy chứng minh quý vị là một nước độc lập có chủ quyền bằng cách huy động lực lượng hải quân được gọi là “anh hùng“ra đánh chận và đuổi đi những tàu cá, chiến hạm cũng như tàu nghiên cứu hải dương 8 đang hoành hành trong vùng lãnh hải Việt Nam.

Lãnh hải, lãnh thổ từ ngàn xưa vốn thuộc chủ quyền của dân tộc Việt Nam, không hề là tài sản riêng của bất cứ cá nhân, tổ chức đảng phái nào, đặc biệt là đảng cộng sản Việt Nam. Hiện tại nhà cầm quyền cộng sản Việt Nam là tập thể đang tạm thời cai quản tài sản của dân tộc, nhưng quý vị vẫn phải có bổn phận giữ gìn, bảo vệ.

Nhật Bản, Nam Hàn, Nam Dương, Á Căn Đình đã nổ súng vào những tàu cá trung cộng xâm nhập lãnh hải của họ, đây là gương tốt cho nhà cầm quyền cộng sản Việt Nam noi theo.

Phản đối bằng công hàm ngoại giao đã đủ, đây là lúc phải hành động quyết liệt bằng vũ lực, vũ khí để ngăn chận sự bành trướng, khiêu khích của trung cộng trên vùng biển Việt Nam.

Nếu bộ ngoại giao của nhà cầm quyền cộng sản còn tiếp tục phản đối hành động xâm lăng của Trung cộng bằng công hàm ngoại giao với từ ngữ nhàm chán “quan ngại“, chứng tỏ nhà cầm quyền nước cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam hoàn toàn chỉ là thuộc địa, thuộc cấp đương thời cho Trung cộng mặc tình khai thác, thao túng.

Hội sử-học Việt-Nam cực lực lên án và chống đối hành động xâm lăng này của Trung cộng và đòi hỏi Tàu nghiên cứu Hải dương 8 phải lập tức rời khỏi vùng biển Việt-Nam. Đồng thời cực lực lên án, chống đối hành động hèn mạt của nhà đương cuộc cộng sản Việt Nam.
